Let's get serious now. Iran, who was not invited to the Western Conference on Nuclear Proliferation figured they wold best serve their agenda by holding a conference of their own. Among the participants were China and Russia. Yes, I know exactly what you are about to say. China and Russia were both at the conference hosted by the West, so they are burning the candle at both ends. Maybe yes, and maybe no. Let us look at the relationship between China, Russia and Iran.
First and foremost, it is important to note that President George W. Bush named all three nations, along with North Korea to be part of a larger Axis of Evil. Kind of sounds like a DC Co mic Book doesn't it? The Superfriends versus The Axis of Evil. Hell, I'd buy that comic book. Anyway, George W. Bush felt that China, Russia and North Korea each harbored secret desires to do grave harm to the United States of America. I mean let's face it, all three are Communist nations, and we, the United States, has had our fair share of run ins with each of them at one time or another. So, perhaps George W. Bush was justified in labeling China, Russia and North Korea as part of a larger Axis of Evil. Of course, another reason is that each of the three aforementioned nations have nuclear weapons, and the vehicles to deliver said nuclear weapons to our shores unannounced. In fact, both China and Russia have successfully deployed Ballistic Missile Submarines to areas just off of our Atlantic and Pacific coast line without detection by either our Navy or our Coast Guard. North Korea just wants us to provoke them so that they will be justified in launching a long rang e ballistic missile at Hawaii and San Diego.
Let's look at something else. Both China and Russia have maintained a long standing military relationship with Iran. In fact, the Iranian Air Force flies a variety of MIG fighters, including but not limited to the MIG-21, MIG-23, MIG-29 and MIG-31 with the MIG-29 and MIG-31 being classified as Air Superiority fighters, the MIG-29 possessing dog fighting capability similar to that of the F/A-18, F-15C and F-16 fighters. Oh, let me not forget, Iran also has a few F-4 Phantoms, and perhaps five to ten serviceable F-14 Tomcat fighters courtesy of US. China provided Iran with Silkworm Anti-Ship Missiles, and various Surface to Air Defense weapons. Iran also captured a few US Made Hawk Anti-Air Missile Systems from Iraq as the US Armed Forced was pounding the daylights out of Saddam Hussein during Operation Desert Storm. Military note, never trust your hardware to your enemies. Now, this military relationship Iran has with China and Russia is extremely profitable to both China and Russia. So, although China and Russia came to hear what we had to say about Nuclear Arms Reductions, both nations still hold an affinity for Iran. I just hope we were not stupid enough to tip our hand towards Russia and China, because it is very likely they will share what they learned with Iran.
Now, Iran says they want Israel to join into talks on Nuclear Proliferation with a focus on creating a "Nuclear Weapon Free Middle East". What? Is Ahmadinejad retarded or something? Or rather, is Ahmadinejad a cool calculating poker player attempting to turn the tables on the West? Let us be real with one another, although a Nuclear Weapons Free Middle East is a great idea, Israel is not going to agree to it. This has absolutely nothing to do with Israel wanting to stand as the cock of the yard, but more so it has to deal with Israel's right to their existence. I am not one to say that I agree with Israel having nuclear weapons, but I am a realist too. Israel is surrounded by enemies. Egypt does not like Israel, Syria cannot stand Israel, Jordan merely tolerates Israel, Saudi Arabia would rather take a dump on Israel, Iraq and Iran both want Israel wiped off the map, and Turkey only deals with Israel because they are a part of NATO. The simple fact of the matter is the only thing keeping these countries from attacking Israel is that they know Israel is not afraid to retaliate using Nuclear Weapons. Remember during Operation Desert Storm, when Saddam Hussein successfully struck Haifa with a SCUD Missile. Israel was ready to launch a Nuclear Response, but the George H. W. Bush White House convinced Israel to allow the United States to fight the battle for them. Israel kept their finger on the Nuclear trigger for the remainder of the war. I honestly don't see Israel agreeing to reducing or eliminating their Nuclear arsenal, and Ahmadinejad is aware of that fact; indeed, Ahmadinejad is counting on Israel to reject the suggestion so that Iran will have full justification for developing a Nuclear Weapon's Program. Hey, Israel has a big dog, and Iran is going to want a bigger dog to counter Israel's big dog.
Now, Iran says they have the military might to repel an attack. Ok, tell me if I am reading too deeply into this, but that statement almost sounds like Ahmadinejad is calling the United States of America out. Does anyone else get the same feeling? It is almost like two kids in 5th grade. One kid says to the other "I am going to beat you up after school", to which the other responds "Ok, cool, but you have to get through my 9th grade brother first". As I read this thing, I am getting the impression that Ahmadinejad is daring America to do anything. Kind of like Ahmadinejad put a wood chip on his shoulder, and is daring Barack Obama to knock it off. I think we should knock that chip off of Ahmadinejad's sh oulder, with the same hand we are using to jab the punk in his left jaw. Right about now, we should be launching a carpet bombing raid on the shores of the Straits of Hormuz to take out those freaking Silkworm Missile Batteries. After that we should have mine sweepers lead three Aircraft Carrier Battle Groups into the Persian Gulf and begin round the clock raid on anything that remotely looks like an Iranian Military Installation. The Navy and Air Force can handle that while we position US Marines and US Army Combat Forces on the eastern and western borders to Iran. Anyone down for an Iranian Sandwich?
Here is the bottom line America; We cannot afford to play footsies with Ahmadinejad. This fool only understands violence, and he is playing military poker with us. We need to up the ante, and call his bluff. Talking is not an option here, because you can only talk to someone who is willing to listen. It has become obvious that Ahmadinejad is not willing to listen, and so we must make him listen. Now, I fully respect President Barack Obama for his diplomatic approach to just about everything, but we must realize that diplomacy is not the answer to everything. Sometimes you have to slap the living dog crap out of someone to get that person to listen, that is a fact of life. Now I know that there are people who were not bought up to be violent in nature, and indeed President Obama may be one of those people. My message to President Obama is this; Ahmadinejad is trying to pull your punk card, and this is not the time to play the bitch. If you are not willing to take the steps needed to ensure compliance from Ahmadinejad, let's you and I switch places for a week or two, because I will assure you that Ahmadinejad will cease to be a problem very quickly, as will any one else who thinks that America is a nation of pussies. We did not start this fight with Ahmadinejad, but we should not be afraid to let him know that we will be more than happy to finish t he fight. Ahmadinejad is talking crap because he thinks we have a bitch in the White House. It is time we showed Ahmadinejad who the real bitch is. Our US Colors are Red for the Blood shed by countless Patriots sacrificing to build our great nation, White for the purity that is represented through Democracy, and Blue for our willful might and resolve to defend all which our great nation stands for. The Stars? Oh those are what the enemy will see when they wake up from the butt kicking they received from messing with America. God Bless The USA.
